Not a booking engine
We do not sell, book or operate travel and are not an online booking engine, tour operator or travel agent. Requests go to independent providers who contract with you directly (Law “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR).
Information and advertising
Prices, availability, resort quality, transfers and agency status are stated truthfully and may change. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading (Law “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR; Law No. 1023-XII). Confirm final terms with the provider.
Your duties
Give accurate details, use the site lawfully, do not scrape or resell it. You are responsible for documents, visas, insurance and health rules.
IP and liability
Site content belongs to PE cryptowallget.com; third-party names and images belong to their owners. Information is “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for providers' offers or indirect loss. Nothing limits rights under Law No. 1023-XII.
Complaints and refunds
Send claims to contact@cryptowallget.com; we answer within 30 calendar days or sooner if law requires. Refunds follow the provider's terms and our Refund Policy. Disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Law No. 1023-XII).
Data, cookies, language
We process names, emails, phones and requests with notice and consent where relied on (Law No. 3999-IX “On Personal Data Protection”); non-essential cookies are blocked until consent. Ukrainian-language information is available (Law No. 2704-VIII). Ukrainian law governs; disputes go to Kyiv courts.
