What happens next

A planner at our Kyiv desk reads every request personally. Below is the order of events, and the point where our estimates stop and supplier terms take over.

    A person reads the form first

    We reply within one business day. If children's ages, room occupancy or the travel month are missing, we send a short question list before quoting anything. Replies arrive by email during Kyiv office hours.

  2. 02 Shortlist

    Two or three resorts, side by side

    You get a comparison rather than a cart: kids-club age range, beach entry type, transfer minutes and maximum room occupancy for each option, with a family-fit note where one choice trades off against another.

  3. 03 Estimate

    What a quoted figure does and does not cover

    Prices are desk-checked estimates built from published supplier rates, valid for 72 hours. Planning fee, accommodation, airport transfer, taxes and fees, insurance, visas and optional services each appear as a separate line.

  4. 04 Supplier terms

    Nothing is held until you confirm

    Deposit rules, cancellation windows and child-seat policy belong to the resort, airline or transfer operator. We show those terms in writing and link the official travel advisories for Turkey and Egypt before any payment.
